About TLW Law

Attorney Bio

Tesha L. Williams is the Founder and Principal Attorney at TLW Law, PLLC. She has eight years of experience in personal injury attorney services, working on cases ranging from car wrecks to medical malpractice. She truly has a “plaintiff’s heart” and is always seeking an opportunity to correct injustice by helping her clients get the compensation they deserve.

Ms. Williams grew up in Shepherd, Texas, a small country town with fewer than 2,500 people. This close-knit upbringing formed her deep desire to help people, especially those who cannot help themselves. Her years as a case manager and medical malpractice paralegal solidified Ms. Williams’ aspiration to attend law school, where she knew a solid legal education would enable her to better assist those harmed by others’ negligence.

While attending the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, Ms. Williams interned for the Honorable Chief Justice Barbara M. G. Lynn in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and at the City of Irving Attorney’s Office. Ms. Williams was a dedicated leader who held several officer positions in student organizations, including Justice for the Judicial Board and Chair of the A&M/UNT Dallas College of Law Alternative Dispute Resolution competition. She also served on the Board of Advocates. Ms. Williams is a recipient of the Dallas Bar Foundation’s Collins Clerkship opportunity and received the Judge Sarah T. Hughes Award at UNT Dallas College of Law. Ms. Williams also practiced at UNT’s Community Lawyering Clinic, helping low-income clients with various legal issues.

Ms. Williams founded TLW Law, PLLC, after working for one of the largest, oldest plaintiffs’ firms in the nation. At TLW Law, Ms. Williams continues her fight to help clients obtain just compensation for the injuries they’ve suffered. She is proud to extend her principles of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and civility to our clients. In her spare time, Ms. Williams enjoys the company of her family and friends and traveling to new destinations.
